Excellent hotel, service is excellent. Food is amazing. Very friendly welcoming staff always go above and beyond. Recently went to new years eve party, food, service and entertainment fabulous best nye I've had in a long time.

Had a Christmas Day meal at Brias hall, was asked to arrive at 12-30 which we did, was one of the first there and last ones served, didn’t get our meal until after 4 o’clock, nearly 4 hrs after arrival, would never go there again!!

Me and my family went for Christmas dinner yesterday and I could not fault a thing it was amazing. The service was great loads of staff consistently tidying and waiting on our table for drinks etc with big smiles, the food was perfection and in fact so much we couldn’t fit a mince pie in, so a member of staff kindly let us take them home for later. Compliments to the chefs in briars hall as all three courses where great, the roast especially was piping hot and perfectly served. I can tell you we will definitely be back next year and many more to come.

Very dissappointed with christmas meal yesterday! Food was poor and small portions. Too too long to arrive and too much time between courses. We will certainly not be back!

Visited with my grandmother for an afternoon cabaret. We have been a few times for food and it was great so had high expectations and they were definitely met. The quality of service was great and the whole experience was great value for money. Me and my grandmother had a great time, food was amazing and the staff were always more than happy to help.

We had a 33 strong St Michaels church Dalton party on Dec 17th for the cabaret lunch. It was terrific- we all enjoyed the food and the singing and the bingo- then dancing on top. Well done Mark and the team at Briars Hall. See you next time.

Had a Xmas meal with a party of 35 was very disappointed we sat for 2 hrs before food was served which was not much to shout about there was not much as the roast potatoes were not very roasted and portions were meagre the only thing that was positive is it was hot and definitely don’t expect service with a smile so won’t be coming again was not worth the money

Came for a family meal and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection and incredibly cheap at around £30/head for the 3 course set menu.

We stay regularly at this hotel, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant is excellent and with a variety of different dishes.

Came for evening meal. Excellent service, food was first class.
Ordered soup to start and then battered fish & chips for main course. The soup was delicious and coupled with a warm roll ( nice touch). Main course fish was encased in a light and tasty batter with chunky chips.
Prices in line with the calibre of the venue. (2 pints, large wine, starter and main course £31)
I do recommend and I will be back to try some more.

Can't review the rooms as we have just been in on a Sunday for a meal, booked a table for 15.30 shown to the table immediately on arrival, drinks order taken and delivered quickly, meal order taken we both chose to have the Carvery I had 4 meat my wife had the small 2 meat, food was served and cooked to perfection everything tasted like it should, we had finished eating and were ordering deserts by 16.00 I ordered the cheese cake of the day picture supplied.
Really good service great food very good atmosphere. Will 100% visit again not too expensive drinks a 1 course and a 2 course meal less than £50.

Been today for a Sunday cavery. I needed to share as it is the best one I have ever had. Meat was just delicious cooked to perfection spuds gorgeous and the mash was so creamy, to top it off full meat Gravey! My partner had the ribs for starter and he’s already looking forward to going back for these. Looking forward to returning.
